My name is King Ramses The III.
Although I constantly hear endless variations of my name as I go about life such as: Re’ma, Remochka, Ramula, Ramsiyuk and even Dobrinya to name a few I, myself, prefer and exclusively answer to the call name of Ramses !
Please! I insist!
I come from a world renowned and nationally acclaimed generations of pure blooded Rhodesian Ridgeback Champions. A linage of outstanding Pedigrees of Kimanies and Springvalleys can be traced as far back as to my South African ancestors.
On both sides of my family every Ridgeback, Grand Ridgeback and even Great Grand Ridgebaks before that - all proudly wear the Title of a Champion!
As my great grandfather Ch. Nashira’s Excalibur of Ridgelea once said:
“Bread from a champion-always a champion!” I take pride in following in his foot steps.
A household that I have come to inhabit seemed to be of a simple statue at first however it didn’t take me long to see the genuine goodness of their hearts.
They are hardworking people with strong family values that understand and highly value animal companionship. They have proven to be excellent caregivers to two of their resident dogs: the delightful Miss Queen of Rodesia and honorable Captain Juno and were ready to welcome a new member in to the family.
Naturally I was eager to join this wonderful pack!
I knew that this alliance of a nurturing care and my “crown of jewels” pedigree would prove to be a perfect match and could be formed to an advantage of both parties equally.
I have inherited a small fortune in my adoptive family! They spoil me rotten every day! I am being showered with lots of love and attention every waking moment! I pretty much get anything and everything I want and much more than I could possibly need!
Whether napping on a king size sofa, dining on fine china or relaxing on the deck with Rawhide Chews I often wonder that this aristocratic style of living isn’t so much of a luxury but simply a canine custom.
And I spend my days in leisure my people keep on advancing up a K-9 social ladder. They escort me to many AKC events, make friends and form desirable connections in higher circles. They often get to hear about how lucky they are to be in a company of a royalty such as myself!
I love my family in a King’s way!
